Easter Fun!!

We spent this Easter with our family at Grandma's house! It was BEYOND fun!! What with movies, eggs, family, decorating, candy, ruff housing, Easter bunnies, church, friends, and more besides.... How could we NOT have had fun?!?!?!?!

We all had a blast coloring the Easter eggs! However, between Jared and Becky we had more broken and eaten than colored!!!

Aunty Sandy and Aunt Theresa always make the prettiest Easter eggs!! (in my opinion!)

I suggested to the Easter bunny that Russel's basket be hidden beneath the house... Wuttaya Know... he did! Russel wasn't happy with me, he said it wasn't fair because that was out of bounds! He only said that because he couldn't find it!! Besides, he had the Easter bunny hide MINE OUTSIDE the yard!!!!! Talk about "out of bounds"!!!

Brandon's was camouflaged with branches and hidden in thorny bushes!! He had to tread VERY carefully to get his basket!! Heee Heee Heee!!

Katie's was also hidden in the foliage but behind trees and grass rather than in a bush!!

Jared's was placed in the branches of a tree he'd been climbing recently... He had to climb for it!!

Jessica's was probably the easiest (I think the Easter bunny went easy on her 'cuz she's so cute!). It was behind a bench!

When it came time to find the Easter eggs, most of the older kids went after the ones on the ground... and the younger kids climbed and even crawled for their eggs!!

I do believe their favorite part was eating the candy they got!!!! Who wouldn't like that part!?!?
